Methodology, in two sentences
The Fiction Slop Index scores each model's fiction on four deterministic axes — AI-cliché density against a 758-entry corpus, repeated structural templating, sentence-rhythm burstiness, and show-don't-tell — normalized and blended into a 0-100 Mechanical Prose Score. No model grades another model; every axis is a fixed detector run against a frozen scenario set, and a live Arena of blind human votes is rolling out as the fifth axis.
