How do I write my first chapter?
The whole thing, in one breath
You make a story, open its blank chapter, press one button called Generate PRO, and the AI writes a whole scene from your setup. Then you polish any line by selecting it. Four steps, mostly clicking.
Like you're five
Think of ordering at a really good restaurant. You do not cook. You say what you are in the mood for, the kitchen makes it, and if one bite is a little off, you send that bite back. Writing here works the same way. You describe the scene, the AI cooks the words, and you nudge the parts you want changed. You are the one with the taste. It is the one with the knives.
Do this, step by step
Start a new story
Click New Story. Pick one of the templates to pre-fill the genre, tone, and mood for you, or choose Start from scratch if you would rather set your own. Give it a title, hit create, and you are in. This is the only setup there is.
Open your chapter
You land in a calm, full-page editor with nothing in your way. The three buttons up top are the whole toolkit: Generate PRO writes new prose, Revise reworks what is there, and Human Grit Pass roughs up anything that feels too smooth. For now, just look at Generate PRO.
aistoryhub.co/stories/…The editor. Everything you need lives in those three buttons up top. Press Generate PRO and describe the scene
A box opens. In plain words, say what should happen: who is in the scene, what they want, how it should feel. Pick a Writer's Style if you have one, then hit Generate with Style. Behind the scenes it quietly folds in your characters, your world, and your voice, so you never write from a blank prompt.
aistoryhub.co/stories/…You write the short human note. The studio assembles the long, careful prompt for you. Read it, then polish any line
The scene fills the page. Do not love a sentence? Highlight it and a little menu pops up: Improve flow, Punch up the dialogue, Simplify, Expand. One click rewrites just that line, nothing else. That is the whole loop, and you can run it as many times as you like.
aistoryhub.co/stories/…Select a line, pick a nudge. The rest of your chapter stays exactly as it was.
So what, for your writing?
That is the entire writing loop, and it never gets more complicated than this. Describe, generate, polish. You bring the ideas and the taste; the studio handles the blank-page part and the busywork. Do it once and the rest of your book is just the same four moves, over and over.
The fastest way to learn it is to do it. The built-in free model needs no key.
